Hotel Policies

Weekly Hotel Policy:

A minimum stay of ONE WEEK is required to qualify and a maximum of 14 days to be eligible for weekly rates (Reservations with less than ONE WEEK are subject to the nightly rates). A full 7 nights will be charged if check out occurs before the end of the ONE WEEK minimum period during the discounted weekly rates.

Registration is not guaranteed until customer contacts hotel at (510) 698 4921 within 24 hours of check-in for final confirmation of check-in time. Hotel retains the right to refuse service to anyone. Due to room availability, hotel reserves the right to change room type or check-in time as circumstances required.

M/W/F 10AM-3PM


Check-in Hours:
Monday – Sunday 2PM-6PM*

Monday – Sunday 11AM

*Special late check-in and weekend check-ins may be arranged but are not guaranteed, and require an additional fee of $25. Hotel guests must contact the office via telephone prior to their reservation to make special late arrival arrangements.

Reservation / Key Deposit:

The total cost of the reservation plus $50 reservation/key deposit will be charged to credit card upon reservation.

Reservation / Key Deposit will be returned if cancelled THREE days PRIOR to check-in or upon check out. All deposits will be fully refunded upon check-out, to the credit card from which they are received, provided no missing items or damages were made to room or hotel property during the guest’s stay.


Check-in requirements:

Please print reservation and bring it with you on check-in. Valid government issued ID is required at check-in. No pets allowed inside hotel. All deposits will be returned upon check-out provided that no damages are made to room or hotel.



Visitor Policy:

Visitors must be accompanied by hotel guests at all times.



The reservation deposit of $50 will not be refunded if cancelled less than 3 days prior to check-in.


No Show:

In addition to the reservation deposit of $50, a additional no-show fee of $25 will be charged to credit card if hotel guest fails to check-in and no cancellations are made.
